• If you grant camera permission, photos taken within the app are saved to your photo library and can be used for meme creation.
• We do not access your camera without your explicit permission.

Subscription Data

• Subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store.
• We receive a receipt token to verify your subscription status but do not have access to your payment details.
• We track usage counts (memes created) for users on limited tiers to enforce usage limits.

How We Use Your Information

• Image Processing: Photos are sent to our secure servers, analyzed by AI to generate meme text, and immediately discarded after processing.
• Subscription Verification: Receipt tokens are used to verify your subscription status and track usage limits.
• Service Improvement: We may collect anonymous analytics to improve app performance.

Data Storage and Security

• We do not permanently store your photos on our servers.
• Memes you create are stored locally on your device.
• All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption.
• Usage data is stored securely using Cloudflare's infrastructure.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Anthropic (Claude AI): Powers our meme text generation. Images are processed according to Anthropic's privacy policy.
• Apple App Store: Handles subscription payments and management.
• Cloudflare: Provides our backend infrastructure.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Revoke photo library or camera access at any time through your device settings.
• Delete locally stored memes through the app's History feature.
• Cancel your subscription through the App Store.
• Request information about data we hold about you.

Children's Privacy

Canon Event is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us.
